What makes Cubicall different?

Cubicall is the first customizable modern phone booth that can be easily rebuilt & repositioned. The locking system allows the booth to be easily disassembled, moved, and reassembled.  The walls can be finished with any number of colors and finishes, along with customized graphics.  The interior acoustic panels, desk, bench and carpet can also be customized.

What tools will I need ?

The only tools needed is a socket wrench, screwdriver, level and ladder. A special locking wrench will be included in your Cubicall shipment. We recommend a minimum labor of two people who are able to lift 100 lbs. See video: click HERE

How long does it take to set-up?

The modular design ships flat and is easily assembled within one hour. Our booths utilize an innovative locking wall assembly that requires minimal tools and creates a robust structure.

What is Cubicall made of?

Cubicall is built here in the USA using the finest American lumber available, precisely cut by US woodworkers. Our booths are expertly crafted with  fortified aluminum extrusions, fabricated to minimum tolerances in order to give you the best experience possible.   Our curated laminates and leatherette materials are also sourced from American manufactures and all electrical components are UL Certified. Our Soundproofing insulation is made from recycled materials.

Is Cubicall soundproof?

While not soundproof, Cubicall has been efficiently designed to absorb sound and provide privacy for the occupant. The walls are built with acoustic fill that absorbs a wide range of sound frequencies.  Inside, the booth is finished with acoustic panels, which helps absorbs sound and provides an acoustically sound experience.

How many people will fit in a Cubicall?

Cubicall 1

Cubicall 1 fits one standing occupant inside (seated stool is optional).

Cubicall 2

Cubicall 2 can fit up two persons inside.

Cubicall 4

Cubicall 4 can fit up to four persons inside.

Is there ventilation in the booth?

A powerful, yet, quiet fan built into the ceiling moves 110 cubic feet of air per minute, providing air circulation for a pleasant experience.

What kind of plugs are available inside Cubicall?

Two (2) USB outlets, one (1) 120-volt outlet, and Ethernet cables are built directly into the desk.  Through an automatic light switch, the low power, low heat LED lights turn-on when an occupant enters the booth, and turns-off once you leave.

Can you print a specific color / custom design?

Cubicall walls and table can be finished in almost any color or finish. Acoustic panels, seat and carpet are available in a variety of colors. Cubicall booths can even be designed with custom graphics. The sky's the limit!

Will I need an electrician?

No special services are needed. Once built, the Cubicall plugs into any regular 3 prong 120 volt outlet and it powers the entire unit.

What is your warranty?

Cubicall is protected by a limited warranty, which covers all manufacturing defects due to faulty material or workmanship under normal conditions of use for one year from date of purchase.

This warranty does not apply to breakage from normal wear or use, including light bulbs, glass panes, metal parts, leather or vinyl seats, scratches, dents, and dings or any other damage which has occurred as a result of negligence, unauthorized set-up or service. In case of defects covered by the warranty, your Cubicall is limited to replacement or repair at the sole discretion of Cubicall, and does not include labor cost to remove or replace any product or part.

Please inspect the pallet at arrival. If there is noticeable damage, please note this on the Bill of Lading and contact Cubicall at 818-319-4200 immediately, before the delivery truck leaves your premises. We need to talk to your driver. Please take a photo of the state of the pallet and any visible damage, or missing items.

Note: Please keep all packaging (pallets, boxes, bubble wrap, etc.) if items are received damaged. Your Insurance for your carrier will not cover the damage if you throw away your packaging. Please make sure to take pictures of all items broken or damaged in its carton before removing.

Custom orders, Special orders are NON-RETURNABLE and CANNOT BE CANCELLED once placed due to the custom and made to order processes involved. Personalized or logo/company promotional / any and all CUBICALL furniture/booth pieces.

International Orders: Shipped via a freight forwarder to points outside of the United States are NON-RETURNABLE. Cubicall LLC. makes every effort to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order. We work hard every day to deliver a superior customer experience. Order shortages, damages or discrepancies must be claimed within 2 business days of receipt of order.

All returns and refunds are subject to final approval from Cubicall LLC. Customer Service Department. A 25% restocking fee may apply depending on the quantity and style of Cubicall being returned.

If an order is refused, shipping charges are nonrefundable, and all restocking fees will still apply.

If a customer refuses a Shipment, they will be charged for any charges we incur in having the packages returned to us. If a customer refuses a personalized non-refundable item, they cannot receive any credits by simply refusing the delivery, and they will incur an additional charge for any return fees we incur after the package is refused. The refused package shall remain in the possession of Cubicall LLC. until such time as the customer remits payment for us to send the item(s) again. If payment is not received within 30 days of the first failed delivery, then the item is forfeited. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Items with Free Shipping: Returns on items that included 'Free Shipping' will be credited for the item ONLY minus the original shipping charges we incurred to ship the item(s) out to you & restocking fees will still apply. 'Free Shipping' will no longer apply once the item is returned. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges, as well as the shipping charges to send your replacement item.

Damage in Shipping: Please check your order immediately upon receipt and notify us if the item has been damaged. Please report the damage within 24 hours to our Customer Service Department during normal customer service hours. We will need photos of the damaged item, as well as photos of the Crate/ Palette the damaged item was shipped in. Please email us images immediately. We must have the images in order to notify the shipping company and file the necessary damage claims. After claim is presented to the shipping company, we will arrange to have damaged items and their packaging inspected, returned and replaced.

IMPORTANT: Please keep original shipping containers and packaging, palette of your Cubicall(s) was received in, as they are needed for inspection. Custom Orders & Close Out Items: Customized and Custom-Made items cannot be returned. These are orders by which the customer chooses the color design, frame, any and all Cubicall pieces , logo/personalized products etc and all types of fuel(s). Cubicall LLC. will make a fair attempt to offer alternatives that address your concern. Items marked Close Out are not returnable – they are first quality but are no longer manufactured or stocked at Cubicall LLC. Close out and sale items are not returnable or exchangeable.

Product Returns: International Orders shipped via a freight forwarder to points outside of the USA are NONRETURNABLE. STOCKED INVENTORY (non-custom): If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, our Customer Service Department will assist you within 3 business days with the proper return approval & shipping instructions. Items will be subject to a factory restocking charge of 25% depending on the quantity and style of items being returned. To avoid restocking fees, you can opt to send back your original purchase and exchange for equal or higher value exchange. Restocking fees are charged to handle our administration fees of the return which include but are not limited to the following:

  1. the return authorization,
  2. manual inventory update in our system,
  3. receiving of the return, and
  4. restocking in our warehouse.

Customers are responsible for returning the item in the original shipping containers and in saleable condition. Credit will be given for the price of the item only. Credit is not issued for shipping charges. If the return item was a part of the Free S&H promotion, the eligible refund amount will be the purchase price minus our shipping cost.

Claims will not be made on items improperly or insecurely palletized. Credit will be issued when we receive the returned item in good condition at the warehouse.

Warranty Returns: Cubicall LLC. offers our customers a 15-day (15 days from the original invoice date supplied by Cubicall LLC. only) satisfaction replacement or refund guarantee on all purchases. However, the Basic 15 Day Warranty policy applies only if the Product Return Procedure set forth in the RETURN POLICY of the product specification listing is followed. If the customer does not follow the stated Return Policy, it will result in the loss of the Basic 15 Day Warranty benefit. Furthermore, all return shipments not in compliance with these instructions will be rejected. To return items that meet our warranty guidelines, refer to our return procedures for complete instructions.

Return Procedures: In order to process your warranty claim, please follow these procedures so that we may expedite our service to you: Notify Cubicall LLC. of the concern with your product(s). A Cubicall representative will assist you with processing your claim. If the concern is covered under warranty, Cubicall will direct you to either return the product or part to our offices in Van Nuys, CALIFORNIA. The return will not be accepted without a “Returned CUBICALL Authorization” number (RCA) that Cubicall LLC. customer service representative will provide to you. You will be provided an address to which you can return your item(s). An entire replacement, replacement part, or repaired product will be sent to you after the return is verified by Cubicall LLC. customer service representative. If a problem occurs after the warranty period, you may request a repair or replacement quote after inspection of the damage. Freight charges both ways will be your responsibility.

Yes, you may use your own shipper and service. We will credit your shipping charges once we confirm your shipping account. Please contact us for more information.

When will I receive my Cubicall?

Orders are completed within 30 business days. Delivery will depend upon the final destination, shipper and shipping service you have requested. We have expedited service for an additional fee. Please contact us for this service and pricing.
