What tools will I need for assembly?

The only tools needed are a socket wrench, screwdriver/drill, level and ladder. A special locking wrench for Cubicall locks will be included in your Cubicall shipment. We recommend a minimum labor of two people who are able to lift 100 lbs See video HERE for reference.

How long does it take to set-up?

The modular designs ship flat are is easily assembled with a few persons. Our booths utilize an innovative locking wall assembly that requires minimal tools and creates a robust structure.

Two Series: 45-60 minutes

Four Series: 90-120 minutes

What is Cubicall made of?

Cubicall privacy & isolation solutions are comprised of up to 70% recycled materials and are manufactured with high conforming standards.

Is Cubicall soundproof?

Cubicall has been efficiently designed with acoustic properties in mind. The walls are built with acoustic fill that block a wide range of sound frequencies.  Inside, the booth is finished with acoustic panels, which helps absorbs sound and provides an acoustically sound experience.

Cubicall Privacy Phone Booths & Meeting Rooms have an STC rating of 45.

How many people will fit in a Cubicall?

Cubicall Two Series: Up to two persons, side by side

Cubicall Four Series: Up to four persons, side by side on each bench.

Is there ventilation in the booth?

Powerful, yet, quiet fans built into Cubicall ceilings replace air inside the phone booths and meeting rooms every minute, providing air circulation for a pleasant experience.

Can you print a specific color / custom design?

Cubicall exterior walls and table can be finished in almost any color or finish. Acoustic panels, seat and carpet are available in a variety of colors. Cubicall booths can even be designed with custom graphics.

Will I need an electrician?

Cubicall phone booths and meeting rooms are designed to be plug-and-play. No electricians nor contractors required. Once assembled, the Cubicall plugs into any standard 3-prong 120v outlet.

What is your warranty?

Cubicall is protected by a limited warranty, which covers all manufacturing defects due to faulty material or workmanship under normal conditions of use for two years from date of purchase.

This warranty does not apply to breakage from normal wear or use, including light bulbs, glass panes, metal parts, leather or vinyl seats, scratches, dents, and dings or any other damage which has occurred as a result of negligence, unauthorized set-up or service. In case of defects covered by the warranty, Cubicall is limited to replacement or repair at the sole discretion of Cubicall and does not include labor cost to remove or replace any product or part.

DAMAGES

Note: Please inspect the pallet at arrival. If there is noticeable damage, please note this on the Bill of Lading and contact Cubicall at 818-319-4200 immediately, before the delivery truck leaves your premises. Take a photo of the state of the pallet and any visible damage and/or missing items.

Keep all packaging (pallets, boxes, bubble wrap, etc.) if items are received damaged. Insurance for the carrier will not cover the damage if packaging is removed and discarded. Take pictures of all items broken or damaged in its carton before removing.

Returns

All returns and refunds are subject to final approval by Cubicall. A 25% restocking fee may apply depending on the quantity and style of Cubicall being returned.

STOCKED INVENTORY (non-custom): If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, non-custom phone booth orders may be returned within 30 days. Items may be subject to a factory restocking fee of 25% depending on the quantity and style of items being returned. To avoid restocking fees, you may opt to return your original purchase and exchange it for equal or higher value product.

Customers are responsible for returning the item in the original shipping containers and in saleable condition. Credit will be given for the price of the item only. Credit is not issued for shipping charges. If the returned item was a part of a free shipping and handling promotion, the eligible refund amount will be the purchase price minus the shipping cost.

Credits will not be made on items improperly packed and/or insecurely palletized. Credit will be issued once product is received in good condition at the warehouse.

Refused Orders

If an order is refused, shipping charges are nonrefundable and restocking fees will apply. If customer refuses a Shipment, the customer will be charged for shipping charges incurred for returned shipment. The refused package shall remain in the possession of Cubicall LLC. until such time as the customer remits payment for reshipping of the order. If payment is not received within 30 days of the first failed delivery, then the item is forfeited. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Custom orders, special orders are NON-RETURNABLE and CANNOT BE CANCELLED once put into production.

International Orders are NON-RETURNABLE. Cubicall LLC. makes every effort to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order. We work hard to deliver a superior customer experience.

Items with Free Shipping: Returns on items that included ‘Free Shipping’ will be credited for the item minus the original shipping charges incurred. Restocking fees still apply.

Return Procedure:

In order to process your warranty claim, please follow these procedures so that we may expedite our service to you:

  1. Notify Cubicall LLC. of the concern with your product(s).
  2. A Cubicall representative will assist you with processing your claim. If the concern is covered under warranty, Cubicall will direct you to either return the product or will schedule service to repair the product.
  3. In the event of an authorized return, the return will not be accepted without a “Returned Authorization” number (RA) provided by Cubicall LLC. If an item is shipped without a RA number, Cubicall may refuse the shipment, and shipment costs will be the responsibility of the shipper.
  4. Credits are processed after Cubicall receives the shipment and product is checked for damages and confirmed to be in resaleable condition.

When will I receive my Cubicall?

Standard production time is 30-business days. Delivery will depend upon the final destination, shipper and shipping service you have requested.

White Glove Service

White Glove Installation service is available for $450 per Cubicall Two Series and $500 per Cubicall Four Series. Please add the service to your product at checkout, or contact us for a quote.
